Job Description

PROJECT ACCOUNTANT Large regional commercial real estate company in Northern Virginia has an immediate opening for a Project Accountant in its Tysons headquarters. Minimum three years experience required in commercial real estate preparing financial statements, bank reconciliations, and general ledger analysis. Ideal candidate will possess strong accounting and communication skills, the ability to work independently and will demonstrate proficiency in Excel and Word. Knowledge of various GL software including Yardi and Jenark a plus. This individual will prepare monthly financial statements for numerous commercial properties including accruals, bank reconciliations and variance reporting. CPA a plus. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
