Job Description

Total Rewards Intern

Asurion's internship program is a 12-week hands-on experience to help rising seniors get a sneak peek into the Total Rewards world. Assigned to a team, interns will have their own projects to complete and present to leadership at the end of the summer. The program provides interns with a unique perspective, professional and personal development along the way, and experiences to enhance their academic learnings. Our goal is to allow for each intern to make contributions throughout the summer through project work, presentations and networking with leaders at all levels.

Asurion's Internship:

* Open to rising seniors currently enrolled in undergrad pursuing a degree related to internship duties or major below.
* Duration of internship is 12 weeks from May 18 to August 7, 2020.
* Continuous learning and tailored on-the-job training in Compensation and Benefits.
* Exposure to senior leadership, including but not limited to, onboarding, lunch and learn sessions and team business case presentations.
* Build an intern community through peer intern groups, mentors, direct intern leaders and senior leadership throughout the summer.

This exciting opportunity will give you a solid understanding of how to create and enhance progressive and innovative compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs.

Preferred Majors:

* Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field, with a graduation date between August 2020 - May 2021


* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
* Ability to research, analyze and interpret data
* Ability to develop communications and presentations for the target audience.
* Build effective and collaborative relationships with employees at all levels
* Clear and confident verbal and written communicator


* Assist with the implementation of projects, change management and communications efforts that support the Total Rewards strategy
* Work closely with team leads to drive best employee experience through all phases of program development and delivery
* Collaborate with identified internal partners to drive program success
* Perform analysis, forecasts and modeling to support the development of recommendations for compensation and benefit programs; assist in development of presentations
* Use data and metrics to measure program success and drive improvements
