ROCK HILL DIVISION

Maintenance Technician

ASKO, a leading provider of products, services and technical support for metal producing, metal processing and recycling industries since 1933, has an immediate opportunity for a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician at our flagship manufacturing facility located in Rock Hill Industrial Park.

The maintenance technician position is responsible for daily maintenance, preventative maintenance and operational availability of the Division's CNC and conventional production equipment. Candidates must have prior experience in the troubleshooting and repair of metal working machine tools. Previous exposure to CNC machining centers, Fanuc controls, reciprocating table grinders, OD grinders, lappers and/or heat treat furnaces and controls will be desirable but not required.

Job Requirements

Candidates are required to have a high level of mechanical aptitude and a basic knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and electronic systems, plus the ability to apply problem solving skills on these systems without prints or manuals. The successful candidate must have proven abilities to work effectively within a team based structure.
