Graduate Project Controls - Available 2019

Responsibilities of this specific role will include, but not be limited to the following:

* Assisting in preparing reports of possible job costs
* Utilizing the financial systems to assist the Senior Project Controls/Project Commercial Manager in reviewing, monitoring and reporting project financial results and other performance parameters
* Assisting with preparing reports of resource costs and monitoring against budgets
* Assisting with the collection, review and compilation for client submission of timesheets of project team members, particularly on time basis jobs
* Interfacing with the design team to track and compile engineering progress information to assist EV analysis.
* Assisting with preparation of monthly client invoices.
* Compiling expense backup and assisting with preparing project expense invoices.
* Assisting with tracking of Sub-contractor costs, reviewing invoices and monitoring payments.
* Preparing the paperwork for personnel authorization and travel authorization for the client approval.



* Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Sustainability, Architecture, Engineering, Economics, Planning
* Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher
* Coursework in cost estimation, construction techniques, construction law, project financing and construction administration
* Internship or some work experience in built environment
* Candidate must not require sponsorship, now or in the future to be considered for this role


* Master's in Construction Management, Sustainability, Architecture, Engineering, Economics, Planning
* 3.5 GPA or higher
* Ability to put together cost estimate and schedule for a construction project and perform earned value analysis
