Giorgio Armani Corporation - Human Resources Intern

Intern Description

* The Intern will be learning all aspects of the Human Resources Department - HR, Benefits, Payroll & Compensation
* Providing quality Human Resources compliance and administrative support.
* Learning the interview process, exit-interview process, job descriptions, onboarding and orientation process.
* Understanding how the Benefits Department operates - learning all of our Benefits/COBRA processing, other special learning projects.
* Learning the day-to-day tasks of an HR/Benefits/payroll member
* Understanding the importance of confidentiality within our Organization

Qualifications

* Internship Dates: June 10th - August 2nd
* Generally pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree
* Requirement: Proof of school credit to be considered for the Internship Program. Students will not be eligible for the Internship Program without school credit.
* Fluent oral and written English language skills
* Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team in a fast-paced office
* High level of oral and written communications skills to effectively present information and respond to questions
* Ability to multi-task
