Job Description

The HR Coordinator provides administrative and overall support to all functions within the HR department. This position will receive direction and report directly to the HR Manager; however, the role will also provide support to all functions within HR, to include but not limited to Recruiting, Facilities, Benefits, etc.

This position will be accountable for providing recruiting and employment support, maintenance of employee files - including personnel files, processing employee changes in various systems, producing reports and performing analysis as well as various administrative functions. Job duties and responsibilities include the following:

* Manage personnel files and conduct routine audits to meet federal, state and local compliance requirements
* Responsible for management of corporate onboarding program, to include assisting with new hire orientation
* Initiate and process employee changes in various systems
* Responsible for providing support to the Talent Acquisition programs and process via candidate sourcing, new hire paperwork, on-boarding, etc. As well as management of campus relations, including the internship program
* Administration of Reward and Recognition Programs
* Provides Administration support for:
* Training programs
* Data Management (entry; updates, etc.) in various systems
* Processing of department mail
* Ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements, i.e., employment posters, etc.
* Provides support and assistance to facilities in posting corporate communications, providing back-up,
* Provides support to the Employee Committee
* Updating and maintaining HR program documentation; corporate communications (postings to internal sources, flyers, etc.)
* Generate HR related reports, conduct analysis and compile data for defined requirements


* Assist employees with general HR related questions, including benefits
* Coordinates and executes employee engagement activities to include department meetings, rewards and recognition programs, employee luncheons, training events, corporate wide employee events to include those sponsored by the Employee Committee
* Participate on project teams as assigned
* Supports a wide variety of requests from the business, which may include employee events, rewards, data, etc.

Minimum Required Skills & Experience:

* This role requires an individual with a high level of professional maturity, integrity and discretion in the handling of confidential information.

* Excellent technical skills; including intermediate to advance proficiency with Microsoft Office.

* Must be able to effectively manage multiple priorities and balance job requirements from multiple managers.

* High level of attention to detail and quality of work performed

Work Experience Requirements:

* Prior administrative experience supporting or working in human resources, payroll, benefits or other related discipline preferred.
* Customer experience in a contact center; preferably in an HR shared services environment.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Completed Bachelor's Degree required
