Primary Purpose of the Job

* Provides administrative services and support to the Chief Procurement Officer and Procurement leadership team through communications, planning, organization and management of workload, knowledge of data management processing and timely delivery of high quality administrative services to principals. A keen awareness of highest priority matters is necessary and utmost discretion is critical in communications with internal and external customers on highly sensitive matters. Requires heavy department interaction to keep principals apprised of priorities and processes needed to meet department goals.

Major activities/Key challenges

* Must possess extensive knowledge of Procurement policies and procedures as well as corporate office policies to appropriately respond to customer inquiries or refer to others in the Company. Must work independently with little supervision - must have a keen awareness of the highest priority matters and exercise sound judgement.
* Day-to-day management of workload and administration of Procurement - Pittsburgh Office location.
* Act as liason and key contact for Pittsburgh, Asia and Amsterdam office pertaining to Procurement functions
* Develop analysis and powerpoint presentations to support procurement strategic communication
* Support onboaarding of new procurement employees in Pittsburgh office
* Preparing correspondence, presentations as requested;
* Preparing monthly expense reports for the team;
* Meeting and travel arrangements for the CPO and leadership team

Essential Knowledge & Skills/Education

* Microsoft Office applications, particulalry Excel, powerpoint and word
* Effecitve communiction & organisational skills

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Pre-law, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Finance from an accredited institution
* 3 years prior experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

* Master's Degree
* Multi/bilingual
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Detail-oriented and well organized
