Job Description

The Internet Services QA team is looking for a motivated individual to help improve QA operations and deliver quality features to our iTunes and iCloud customers world wide. An ideal candidate is a well-rounded individual who understands software development cycle and has experience in systems administration and/or database administration. The individual is expected to troubleshoot technical problems, monitor test environments, install builds, maintain the environment change process as well as testing new and existing features. This position requires strong analytical skills, a can-do attitude and the ability to perform under short project cycles with changing requirements.
College graduates with a strong technical internship history will also receive high consideration.

Responsibilities:
Monitor test environments and install builds
Maintain and improve build and environment processes
Support cross-functional teams in using the iTunes Store and iCloud
Test new and existing features
Document test cases, defects and results
Communicate issues, status and risks

BS in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience

Experience with Unix, Mac OS X and Windows Vista/7
Experience with Java, JSP, Perl and Python
Experience in functional QA
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team player with good interpersonal skills
