Seeking a visionary educator with deep experience in educational technology to inspire and shape the development of learning experiences for youth, families, young adults and life-long learners.

15+ years in Education Design, Learning Sciences and/or Educational Technology, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibilityThought-leader with clear POV on pedagogy and practice, passion for impacting learners at scale, and vision for harnessing technology to increase access and achievementHands-on education experience working with students, teachers and/or families in and outside of the classroomExperience in designing educational experiences with proven learning outcomesDeep knowledge of learning sciences and pedagogical theoriesKnowledge of STEM curriculaConfident engaging with Engineering on technical design discussions and proposing simple, creative solutions to complex problemsPassionate about user-experience; able to inspire and educate producers, designers and engineers with thought-provoking, clearly defined objectives and learner-centric use casesPossess strong decision-making and prioritization skillsAbility to define strategic vision for innovative products and articulate it in front of a wide variety of audiencesFamiliarity with agile/scrum methodologiesMotivated, dynamic, collaborative, creative, fun and results-oriented

Lead vision and execution of the development of innovative learning experiences that harness our knowledge of learning, the brain, and power of technology.Drive innovation through deep understanding of pedagogy, exploration of technological applications, and collaboratively develop solutions with an interdisciplinary team of engineers, producers, business stakeholders, and external partners.Define and prioritize features for novel educational experiences.Identify needs and use cases and define necessary key capabilities.

Graduate degree in STEM field or Education.
