Administrative Assistant II

Location: 108 Leigus Road, Wallingford, CT 06492

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, standard business hours

Responsible for providing high level administrative support to an individual or department.

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

* Researches and verifies information pertaining to reports; prepares/tracks budgets; creates databases and analyzes moderately complex data.
* Supports projects by assisting manager/department, builds and maintains project plans, schedules and contributes to meetings to ensure project deliverables are met.
* Manages calendars and schedules team meetings.
* Prepares correspondence and reviews documentation for conformance with internal policies and procedures.
* May maintain files, order supplies, coordinate meetings and compile and distribute meeting minutes.
* Handles travel arrangements and expense reports.
* May screen, handle or distribute incoming calls and complaints.
* Supports onboarding of new associates and external consultants used by the Division, including securing equipment, technology and supply needs.
* Coordinates consolidation of monthly reports for division.
* Communicates corporate changes to include follow ups and due dates to management team.
* Develops and edits power point presentations for both internal and external use.
* Support ongoing data review/auditing in sales/client database (Salesforce).
* Other duties/projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Requires a HS diploma or GED. BA/BS degree preferred.
* 4 + years administrative experience.
* Proficiency with personal computer and appropriate software.
* Minimum typing skills of 45 wpm and good proof reading skills.
* Or, any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
