Job Description

Customer Care Specialist. Detail-oriented individual needed to handle incoming and outbound customer calls and emails. The successful candidate will have the skills to build relationships with customers, close contact with the representative who handles the region, and have direct experience increasing sales in order to give our customers the best experience and product mix possible. A friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic and professional personality is needed. The ability to coordinate colors, patterns and fabrics is helpful. Must be able to multi-task, manage and prioritize the workload for efficiency. Precise data-entry skills and strong computer skills are needed. 9 am-5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. $15 per hour plus an excellent benefit package.
