Job Description

Analog Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADI) defines innovation and excellence in signal processing. ADI's analog, mixed-signal, and digital signal processing (DSP) integrated circuits (IC) play a fundamental role in converting, conditioning, and processing real-world phenomena such as light, sound, temperature, motion, and pressure into electrical signals to be used in a wide array of electronic equipment.

Responsible for providing technical marketing support for the development and implementation of customer applications dealing with complex operating systems. Participate in customer visits and serve as part of the product development team. Provides, presents and interprets design, application and service information. Assists sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications. Implements detailed customer installation plans. Explores the business feasibility of general marketing. Provides follow-up support in disseminating technical information on specific applications. Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning products. Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. Participate in evaluation of final results of applied research and development projects.

Assumes Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. Typically requires 0-2 years related and progressive experience.

For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
