In this role, you will be part of a unique group in Marketing that incubates and develops new ideas and strategic concepts that will fuel our Amway Next strategies.  You will partner with global Marketers, both at Center and in the markets, to identify opportunities for key programs and incentives that can drive success for Amway Business Owners (ABOs) and enterprise growth.  You will be part of a talented team, whose roles are designed around a 2 – 3 year rotation, working on high visibility projects.  Travelling globally, you will lead projects that will offer a broad understanding of both Marketing and enterprise functions, with the goal of building new Marketing strategies that drive ABO successes globally.   

 

How you would contribute to the role:

 

Your experience in Brand Management will provide a strong foundation for you to lead key projects on portfolio, innovation and launch execution.   In this role, you will help drive new thinking on key marketing initiatives, working closely with the senior marketing leadership team.  You will work closely with markets to plan key programs that fuel our ABO’s sales success, while sharing best practices from around the globe, helping markets learn from one another.   This team builds and leads the annual global marketing workshop as well as in-market workshops to embed key concepts and enhance local capabilities.    This is an important role, that will have you working with key global partners and Amway leaders to help build and strengthen the strategic plans that fuel our ABO success.

 

What skills and background will be important to be successful:

  • Minimum 8 years’ brand management experience in a fast moving consumer products environment
  • Strategic mindset and Marketing acumen to lead strategy and planning in a global setting
  • Demonstrated success orchestrating and rolling out Marketing plans
  • Ability to travel globally, up to 30% of the time
  • Talent to work on projects with ambiguity, building a vision and seeking outcomes for impact
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field / Master’s Degree desirable
