The Enterprise Talent Development (ETD) team focuses on developing a diverse talent pipeline for the future at Amway.  We take pride in helping our global colleagues fulfill their career and performance potential through innovative solutions like Amway University (AU), Leadership Development programs, and Learning Conferences. How you would contribute to the role:


If you like to develop strategy, influence change, shape enterprise culture and work with amazing people around the world, this may be the role for you!  Don’t let the title fool you, the role is so much more than leading and managing the AU platform.  You will develop the broader culture of learning strategy with key stakeholders from corporate and around the world and translate that strategy into meaningful action to impact employee and organization performance. We are all here to support ABO success. A key deliverable will be leading the development of learning solutions that builds empathy and connection of employees and their work to ABO success. Representing ETD on the Enterprise Social Networking (ESN) Operating Council is another unique way this position can influence company collaboration and agility.  Best of all, you get to lead an amazing team that is equally committed to enable a high impact learning organization.


What skills and background will be important to be successful:

  • Willing to experiment, take risks and adapt quickly
  • Demonstrated experience leading global or cross functional project teams to deliver solutions
  • Talent to communicate across cultures, with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Background in learning solutions helpful (not required) or experience in Talent Development
  • Proficiency with social networking technology (SAP Jam) or a related technology
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in a role that has demonstrated your ability to lead strategy and offer business solutions
  • BS degree in Business, Human Resources or a related function
