This position is responsible for product engineering for seals and forming products. The Product Development Engineer is responsible for development of new products created by spin forming, stamping, and/or molding to meet customer needs from conception to realization. A successful candidate will assist in growing the company by learning best practices and technologies on site at our Phillipsburg NJ location before transitioning to our Petersburg VA facility.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or Materials Engineering with 0-3 years' engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Willingness to travel as much as 25% of the time
