IT Intern (Summer)

Position Summary:

Amobee is migrating all the data from their recently acquired companies to one platform on Confluence. This position will be in charge of organizing all of this data so that employees can easily access it. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to find efficient ways to organize and update data with attention to security and confidentiality. The goal is to ensure that information flows timely and securely within the organization. If you're interested in working with a big data Ad-Tech company, this positon could be ideal for you.

Responsibilities

* Migrate data from other Confluence instances to our Production Intranet
* Organize the data in the Production Intranet
* Work with Team Leads on improving their spaces
* Conduct an audit of the Production Intranet and confirm accurate and up to date data
* Setup proper permissions for each space

Required Qualifications

* The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy and possess excellent troubleshooting skills to be able to support others in the daily use of Confluence.
* You should possess an insatiable curiosity, and are not afraid to ask questions to gain more clarity.
* You should be detail-oriented and highly organized
* You should have proven ability to work as a team member or individually
* You should possess strong communication skills (be able to brief technical and non-technical stakeholders, peers, staff and other Confluence users)
* You should possess a high degree of ownership in everything you do.
