Program Finance Intern

Job Description:

 

We are seeking a Program Finance Intern based in Washington DC for the summer.  As the intern, you will provide financial systems and marketing analysis support related to specific testing products, companies, and countries.  This position requires knowledge of basic accounting and financial system processes. The ideal person must have fluent English and can also read Arabic, has some programming knowledge, can handle multiple tasks, has high attention to detail, and is able to do research and learn quickly.

 

The intern’s responsibilities will include the following:

 

Responsibilities              

  • Assist with invoicing processes
  • Assist with monthly financial reporting
  • Assist with statistical analysis of sales
  • Performing other departmental tasks as may be required from time to time

 

Qualifications

  • Business, Finance, Communications, English, Marketing, or related majors preferred
  • Superior and demonstrated writing skills
  • Be a quick learner, work independently, and have strong attention to detail
  • Computer savvy, with programming knowledge preferred
  • Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Commitment to twenty-four to forty hours a week during standard business hours
  • Arabic reading skills helpful
  • This position is not eligible for sponsorship
