Job Description

Puerto Rico Youth at Risk, Inc. (PRYAR) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to get the youth of Puerto Rico to take control of their lives and modify the conduct that has moved them to take dangerous risks. A Continuum of Socio-Educational Preventive Services integrates services provided to "at-risk" students emphasizing the transitional stages (elementary, to middle, to high school and post) which prepares students for the University starting in the elementary school, integrating graduates from each level in support of those in lower stages. Our services are provided in public schools of the municipalities of San Juan, Canóvanas, Juncos and Naguabo.The VISTA member will be assign to our Central Offices in Río Piedras to establish a sustainable and stable Administrative System in accordance to PRYR's Strategic Plan 2019-2021. The VISTA member will create a manual of the organizational development initiative, establish a new Customer Relationship Management, create a database individual, corporative and governmental grants or funding opportunities.
