Position Description:

The primary purpose of the Financial Analyst - Accounts Receivables position is to assist in the development/creation of key process improvements, key controls, detailed policy and procedure documentation, and to work with Key Account team members on various ad hoc requests. The position will also assist operational functions to maximize productivity and efficiency through process improvement and technology deployment. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills. He / she will prepare and validate financial reports, source variance explanations as well as providing business insight and recommendations for improvement.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Partner/coordinate with AR leadership team to develop and modify/improve existing reporting to allow members of the Key Accounts team to function more efficiently and accurately.
* Partner with members of the Key Account team to help identify needs/requests for additional reporting to assist in routine duties as well as ad hoc reporting needs.
* Assist in training/development of members of Key Accounts team on technical tools to (Excel, Access, etc.) to drive efficiency, accuracy and control.
* Assist Senior Manager - Financial Analytics to resolve root cause issues and build sustainable closed loop processes.
* Assist with creation of KPI scorecard to measure departmental success
* Other Special/ad hoc projects

* Timely, accurate and value added reporting against monthly/weekly/daily goals
* Raise agent level competencies to drive efficiency and accuracy
* Enhanced leverage of technology and Oracle system to drive efficiency and accuracy
* Develop SOPs to assist/drive AR team to achieve goals and objectives

Experience(s) that Best Prepares You:

* Education: 4 Year College Degree
* Experience: 2-5 years of experience in accounting/financial reporting; Project management/leader experience;
* Experience in Oracle financial modules and/or similar workflow tools
