The Facilities Department provides its clients with all facets of facilities management support in a collaborative, team and customer-oriented environment. We are currently seeking a Summer Intern to join our team in Crystal City. Responsibilitieso Provide support to the FM department and contribute to systems-related FM functions o Gain exposure to an in-house facilities management organization o FM Information Systems Review and Orientation o Processes o Construction/Project Management o Emergency Preparedness o Parking Invoice Reconciliation o Hands-on experience in: - Pantry/workroom restocking - Shipping/receiving - Mail sorting and delivery - Facility Concierge duties - Facility Coordinator duties Qualifications- Baccalaureate level or other full-time FM education program or previous intern experience at AIR FM unit and currently enrolled in an accredited university or college. - Computer literacy and analytical skills. - Prior general work or community experience. - Organized and detail oriented - Creative thinker - Demonstrated customer service skills - Punctual
