Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Human Resources Intern will support the Recruiting and Employee Relations team with a wide range of projects related to training, talent acquisition, and engagement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a HR intern, the candidate could be expected to assist in the following types of activities:

Assist with development and execution of the corporate intern program

Maintain and update analysis and ROI data on college recruiting hires

Conduct phone screen interviews for exempt and non-exempt positions

Manage social media for recruiting related activities

Lead and/or participate in various projects including but not limited to: updating new hire orientation, conducting best practice research, training and development, and diversity and inclusion projects.
