Job Description

Part research and new part number setups. Maintains expendable, repairable and rotable ownership and allocations. Support all aircraft maintenance and modification material requirements. Plan for all future material requirements.



  • I.P.C. research and new part number setups
  • Maintaining expendable, repairable and rotable inventories
  • Maintaining inventory investment within operating goals
  • Managing scrap units
  • Provisioning and managing material requirements for Aircraft and Component modification programs
  • Assisting and training new planners and continued On -the -Job Training as necessary
  • Participating in the Department Selection Process (if selected)
  • Other work within the department as directed

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • One (1) of the following required:
    • Certificate of completion of accredited aircraft maintenance school
    • Possess a two (2) year college degree in a aircraft maintenance field
    • 1 year experience in material management
    • 2 years’ experience in an aircraft maintenance and/or flight operations/logistics field

* The terms and conditions of this position are covered by the International Associate of Machinists Collective Bargaining Agreement.
