Supervises passenger service personnel engaged in providing airport ticket counter and terminal services, including: ticketing, flight information, making and adjusting reservations, assigning seats, checking baggage, ticketing lift and lost and found. Provides technical guidance in resolving customer service and operational problems occurring during tour on duty. Interprets company policy and procedures applicable to assigned functions. Responsible to management for coordination of the overall operations within an assigned functional area. Conducts AA agent observations and associated activities. Administers local training programs. Responsible for scheduling and manpower utilization. Prepares customer correspondence, investigates discrepancies and compiles statistical data for reports. Assists management in the completion of admin duties to include the maintenance of required departmental records. Acts as company representative when assigned.


Knowledge of company and tariff regulations, sabre, ticketing, baggage checking and skycap procedures; must be able to handle stress; must meet public contact profile; excellent oral and written skills; requires rotation of shifts and days off. Candidate must be fully bilingual: English/Spanish; good judgments and decision making. above average administrative and analytical techniques. Demonstrates above average qualities of leadership, initiative and judgment. Applicant must have one year of airport experience as a minimum.
