Responsibilities

The Manager, Campus Recruiting will be a part of the Talent Acquisition leadership team. You'll work in an environment where your entrepreneurial spirit will thrive as you build upon your recruiting skills, take on leadership opportunities, and collaborate with a highly motivated workforce and client groups.

This person will be responsible for leading our campus recruiting and university relations programs. In addition, they will be responsible for partnering in the execution of talent sourcing strategies across all levels.

The key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

You will be responsible for partnering with Talent Acquisition teammates, business leaders and external partners to design and deliver talent acquisition solutions for all levels, particularly focused on intern and early career talent.

* Partner with business leaders to identify intern and early career talent needs across the firm
* Understand and design strategy around campus engagements, early career talent and social media activation, including management of action and resource plans
* Directly and indirectly supervise staff members in developing, implementing and executing campus recruiting plans to meet client needs. Review and approve plans, work products and communications when needed
* Coach, mentor, support and manage the performance of more junior members of the campus recruiting team
* Guide and counsel campus recruiters on various problems, either internal (client service support), or external (competition, compensation)
* Continuously assess talent pipeline and proactively identify targeted schools and majors based on talent needs
* Expand strategic relationships with career services and faculty at target schools
* Leverage employment branding to build awareness and engagement, including social media campus activation
* Develop and implement a university relations strategy at specific target campuses across Tennessee and the Southeast
* Acts as project manager for medium/large projects or oversee significant portions of highly complex projects
* Streamline on-campus and on-site interview, selection and offer processes
* Manage associate/internship programming, including training of managers, dissemination of information, and assessment of interns
* Update and maintain student club, program manager, and department coordinator contact lists for our target schools
* Plan events at target schools and on-site for candidates, and build relationships with relevant student clubs, faculty, and career services
* Create marketing materials to promote upcoming events on-campus and send out job descriptions
* Manage logistics and participate in on-campus and on-site events
* Post job descriptions at our target schools and ensure a strong pipeline of talent
* Maintain our candidate database and distribution lists
* Schedule interviews with managers and serve as the point of contact for candidates. Excellent client service focus and a relentless drive to hire the best talent for our roles

Qualifications

* The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of campus recruiting or HR/TA experience
* Experience handling large requisition volumes in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (and iCIMS specifically) is a big plus
* A strong track record in successfully implementing a wide variety of sourcing methodologies to introduce diverse talent to the firm. Demonstrated creative approach in recruiting for potential and not just for existing skill set
* Proven experience in working within a team and environment
* Experience in recruiting for the Nashville and nearby markets
* Financial services industry experience is a plus
