Job Description

This established and growing company is looking for a Sales Manager due to their continuous growth and strategic development. The company is a distributor of consumer products through dealer network and Internet clients with some larger Big Box clients.

The organization is seeking someone to plan, implement and direct sales activities of the company to achieve their sales and strategic objectives.

This person will build and develop a sales staff of roughly 25 employees of inside and outside sales reps, and customer service. Will have full sales management responsibility including performance, incentives, goals, training, etc. They will be a part of a team in the development and implementation of the overall company strategy and identify market trends.

Desired Skills and Education:
-Bachelor's Degree
-B2B Sales with Consumer Products/Goods being highly preferred
-Proven success as a Sales Manager and Meeting/Exceeding Sales Targets

$75-85K Salary + 12% Bonus, Health Coverage, Vacation, 401K
