Job Description

This Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing customers relationships for this growing, industry leader near Akron, OH. This position will target and secure new accounts, negotiate contracts with large companies and OEMs. The company offers excellent potential for advancement and they are seeking candidates who can promote to manager and director level.

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Proven business development experience, driving sales growth with key/strategic customers.

  • Must be a self starter who has the passion for developing new customers (hunter mentality).

  • Experience selling a premium product and focus on continual cost improvement.

  • Open to 50% travel (domestic and international).

  • Able to promote quickly to manager and director level.

  • Lives near or open to relocation to the greater Akron, OH area.
