Job Description

Stable, growth oriented company focused in food technology in the greater Cleveland, Ohio area is looking for a dynamic Benefits and Compensation Specialist- Apply TODAY!

This Benefits and Compensation Specialist would be responsible for weekly payroll for temp staff at plant + bi-weekly salaried staff as well managing vendors/provider (Medical/401K) and evaluating options with corporate support/inquiry internally. Duties also include compensation analysis and corporate HR Generalist support as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Lives in the Greater Cleveland, Ohio area
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Responsible for plan changes and updates
  • Experience using HRIS (SAP, Ultimate, or PeopleSoft) is a plus
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, FMLA, CORBE, ADA, FLSA
  • Salary is $50-60,000 plus bonus
