Business Development Intern

The Boon Group is searching for two Business Development Interns who are eager to learn and grow in the increasingly dynamic field of employee benefits.

The Day-to-Day:

As a memeber of the Sales team, the Business Development Intern will qualify new sales leads to increase sales. This role will be responsible for researching and reaching out to prospective clients. The Business Development Intern will receive one-on-one mentoring from The Boon Group's National Sales Director and other senior leaders. It is the goal of this position to develop the future leaders of the employee benefits space.


Minimum qualifications:

* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program. Preferably in your penultimate year.
* Available for a 12 week internship during Summer 2019.
* Desire to learn and grow in your career

Preferred qualifications:

* Returning to a full-time Bachelor's degree after the internship program.
* Previous experience in Sales, Advertising, Consulting, Analysis, Customer Service, Marketing, or related fields.
* Interested in longterm career oppportunities with The Boon Group, its parent entity, or affiliates
* Open to future relocation opportunities
