Job Description

As a Tele interpreter in our Customer Care BU you would provide accurate information by translating a live conversation using excellent communications skills in English and Spanish between caller and customer care representative. This is a temporary assignment that will join us in our efforts to service to our customers.

Handling Inbound Calls

* Greet Customer Care Representative (CCR) and participant.
* Gather call details from CCR before interpreting to participant
* Assist with consecutive interpretation on a live call in English and Spanish
* Use appropriate tools, glossaries, and dictionaries to relay accurate information in English and Spanish
* Document the call and log it into the system for billing purposes

Conduct off phone research

* Complete call summaries, reports and written translations as requested
* Participate in additional training in an effort to continue polishing interpretation skills and customer care knowledge
* Complete compliance courses as required

Requirements

* Eloquence in English and Spanish
* Excellent writing skills in English and Spanish
* One year of CS experience with bachelor's degree.

Full time availability

Schedule flexibility 8 am to 10 pm
