Minimum 6 years of experience in C# Programming Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in SQL, Linq
Minimum 5 years of experience in .NET Framework
Minimum 3 years of experience in Windows 7, 8.1 & 10
Minimum 3 years of experience in SQL
Minimum 2 years of experience in PowerBuilder
Minimum 1 year of experience in MS Comm Interop
Minimum 1 year of experience in S.O.L.I.D.
Experience in IBM MQ

Job Description:
Analyze Business Requirements and document technical designs based on them. Implement technical designs in SQL, Dapper and C# utilizing Winforms within a View Model architecture that interfaces with the .NET class libraries via the Microsoft COM Interop. Trouble shoot and resolve difficult technical defects caused by logic errors, compatibility issues with 3rd party tools and different environmental interfaces (web services, MQ, SQL, etc.). Write SQL queries against a relational SQL database.
Create application MSI, data conversion scripts, database scripts and other dependency files for statewide deployment. Identify required or desired system capacity and performance improvements. Provide estimates, documentation and training when requested. Act as first line technical advisor for problem resolution of defects. Perform technical analysis of existing architecture and implement authorized improvements if necessary. Follow C# and SQL coding standards and recommend standards where they may be lacking.
Review PowerBuilder code within the PowerBuilder IDE to document current technical design of screens to be shared with other C# developers. Re-analyze current PowerBuilder technical design to make C# screens and query performance improvements where necessary. Code in PowerBuilder on occasion to assist main PowerBuilder programmer. Assist others when needed in testing and documentation
Provide support and knowledge to peers and to the user community. Assist others when needed in testing and documentation.
