Job Description:
Business Analyst will Collaborate with stakeholders from multiple disciplines to elicit business, data and functional requirements. Stakeholders include the ITSM, ECS leadership and service providers as well as service consumers at large.
Facilitate and manage requirement workshop sessions with stakeholders and SMEs
Translate requirements into clearly defined and easily understood documents, including: input into project charters and completion of high level and detailed requirements, use cases, process and work flows, data flows, business rules, wireframes, etc. Understand overall organizational goals for enterprise technology standards, and identify any business requirements/efforts that may not support strategic direction
Provide business requirements expertise in support the design of projects that may require integration across multiple technical platforms. Work closely with project managers and solutions architects to ensure that the technology solution satisfies business requirements
Partner with QA team and SMEs to ensure there is adequate test coverage and ensure test scenarios properly reflect changes called out in requirements documentation
Manage project scope and schedule by assisting the business unit to develop cost benefit analyses and ROI for competing business priorities and recommending scope decisions accordingly
Work with stakeholders helping them to conduct training sessions/demos, and to develop manuals/user guides
Assist with troubleshooting and managing production issues when needed
Acquire and document business requirements from IT service consumers
Design end to end IT services including user journeys, business workflow, UX with storyboards
Create finished blueprints in collaboration with technology owners who fulfil technology requests
Integrate finished blueprints with IT business goals, ITIL best practices, governance requirements and control mechanisms.

Required Skills:
A minimum of 5-7 years of Business Analysis experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Familiarity with multiple software development methodologies including Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
CBAP certification (or equivalent)
Experience with formal BA methodologies/standards (IIBA, COE)
Execution of BA deliverables for large, enterprise wide projects
Demonstrated familiarity with variety of development methods, including agile and waterfall
Experience with multiple technologies, requirements management tools (like Caliber RM or equivalent)
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Visio, Project and PowerPoint
Quickly learns business and complex processes
Ability to work from objectives with minimal guidance or supervision
Demonstrated ability to understand and work across multiple business domains in support of projects
Ability to partner with development teams and vendors that support various technology platforms.
Proven leadership, negotiation and relationship management skills
Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail

Desired Qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree in a related field
Professional experience in Insurance and Annuities products and service a plus
Knowledge of SharePoint, Quality Center and JIRA a plus
Experience executing projects utilizing agile and waterfall methodologies
