Job Description


  • Maintain the office
  • Support CFO with basic accounting and HR tasks
  • Assist in preparing and processing correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Greet and direct visitors
  • Provide effective and responsive service to employees and customers
  • Schedule appointments and events
  • Maintain corporate calendar
  • Maintain files, logs and other records
  • Manage mail and shipping/receiving
  • Operate and assist others in operating a variety of office machines
  • Perform minor maintenance, e.g., replaces printer ribbons and toner, and troubleshoots minor problems.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

  • Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school in Business Administration or Human Resources.
  • Experience in a general administrative support position with public contact, office management, customer service or related field.
  • Punctual and maintain a consistent schedule.
  • Able to maintain a professional relationship with clients and staff.
  • Computer proficient in word processing, database, spreadsheet and internet software programs.
  • Must take initiative, prioritize and accurately perform multiple tasks, and meet deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Able to consistently demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Able to exercise confidentiality and discretion pertaining to the work environment.
  • Able to appropriately interpret and apply policies and procedures.
  • Able to professionally and effectively interact and communicate, verbal and in writing, with volunteers, staff, and clients.
