We are looking for a Payroll Administrator for our Corporate office located in Westfield, Indiana. SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:Responsible for the payroll processing function of the Company and as needed, provides special guidance and assistance to all locations on various payroll issues and benefits. Maintains employee records, timesheets, and payroll system. May be responsible for computing, withholding, and deductions associated with net earnings. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Human Resource Department. . Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Acts as a resource for payroll/HR contacts to ensure their understanding and compliance with benefits and HR policies and procedures. Keeps Human Resources Manager and Director of Human Resources advised of potential areas for concerns and recommends solutions as appropriate. Assists department in carrying out human resources programs and procedures for all Company employees.
