Technical Service Intern x2

Stoneleigh


Two temporary vacancies have arisen in our Technical Service department for Interns. This position will report into the Manager, Technical Service Applications EME.

The Internship is expected to last approx. 6 months.

 

Duties will include:

  • Creation and delivery of a Dealer Dashboard
  • Integrate parts of this to create an Aftersales dashboard
  • Create senior management reports to show statistics on Case Management and telephone call volumes
  • Create a call centre dashboard showing the current status for cases and calls.
  • Update machine “heat maps” for all EME markets
  • Assist in the roll-out across EME of Salesforce Lightning
  • Assist in the roll-out across EME of AGCO’s chosen CTI (Computer Telephone Interface) solution
  • Assist in the roll-out across EME of AGCO’s 24/7 Customer Support line
  • Develop synergies between Parts and Technical Service
  • Assist in other Technical Service projects as they come along
