POSITION SUMMARY

To manage the administrative needs of the New England Medicare team, comprised of three regional leaders - General Manager, Sales Director, and Ops Director. This role will also play a pivotal role in helping the leaders craft tactical and strategic business plans year-over-year, and help manage the resulting deliverables. In addition to the administrative duties this person will sit at the front desk and serve help triage visitors to the appropriate business area.

Fundamental Components:

* Organize department priorities and calendars
* Coordinate important meetings
* Plan business events as needed
* Help draft and maintain the department business plan, and help project manage some related deliverables
* Assist in creating a department scorecard that tracks key deliverables and milestones
* Manage the front desk, and important office needs such as: UPS/Fed Ex shipments, mail, and office supply requests (approx. 5 hours per week)
* Greet business guests upon arrival and get them to the correct business area
* Other duties and responsibilities tied to the department goals as assigned

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

* Experience managing tight deadlines is preferred but not required
* Customer service experience or experience in administrative or technical support
* Demonstrated success prioritizing work and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrated success in collaborating with others to meet/exceed expectations
* Experience working with MS Office applications

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
