Job Description

Aerotek is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to work in one of the leading third party call centers in the area. We offer excellent growth potential, a wide variety of shifts, and no prior experience is required for consideration!!

CSR / Customer Service Representative Requirements:

* Must have strong communications skills
* Must be able to work between multiple software systems
* Must be able to prioritize
* Entry level role is excellent for reliable and motivated candidates
* English and Spanish speaking roles are both available
* Management-level roles are available after 4 months of service
* A wide variety of shifts are available including day shift, afternoon shift, evening shift and part time positions.
* These positions provide strong opportunity for advancement.
* Solid base salary ($12-13.50 depending on shift) plus bonuses and excellent incentive pay and a benefits package after a probationary period.
* Job Type: Full-time Salary: $12.00 or 12.50/hour Job

Location:

* Danbury, CT

Required education:

* High school Diploma equivalent

Successful past candidates have included those with the following experience: Customer Service Rep, Administrative Assistant, Retail Sales, Retail Manager, Cashier, Student, Receptionist, Restaurant Customer Service, Waiter, Waitress, Sales, Sales Representative and more
