AMD Research seeks an accomplished graduate student to pursue research in large-scale, highly efficient, high-performance computer systems and software. The candidate must be enrolled in a graduate program in electrical engineering, computer science, or computer system engineering, or a related field. A strong candidate will have a demonstrated track record of publications or patents in the field. A candidate must demonstrate training or experience in one or more of parallel programming, power management, GPU architecture, GPGPU programming, computer architecture, or system simulation.

Note: this is a half-time position (20 hours/week)
