JOB DESCRIPTIONProcessor silicon interface functional and electrical validation engineer. In this lab based role, this engineer will be part of a highly technical team that develops test plans, completes functional & electrical validation, & debugs issues for new processor silicon interface features. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES1) Develops comprehensive electrical & functional test plans for the processor interface validation of processors 2) Develops scripts & tools using languages such as Ruby, Perl, & Python to be used in silicon validation test plan development & execution 3) Executes electrical & functional test plans for AMD processors using hardware & software validation tools, oscilloscopes, & logic analyzers.4) Debug of electrical & functional issues for new processorsAMD does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies or fee based recruitment services.
