Customer Service Representative ACT Fastening Solutions is one of the largest, privately owned manufacturers in the United States. Founded in 1994, our New State of the Art Molding facility produces a full-line of cable ties and accessories used in industrial/fastener, electronic, HVAC and a variety of other specialty applications. We are currently accepting resumes for the following position. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Inside Sales/Customer Service Rep - We are looking for a person that will assist customers in placing orders over the phone, expediting, stock inquiries, pricing questions, etc. Individual must have a good telephone etiquette and 2 to 5 years experience in this field. Computer knowledge required.
