Adena Health System offers a variety of Behavioral Health Services. Our mission is to assist each person in achieving the highest quality of life possible. The Counseling Center offers individual, couples, and family counseling services to children, teens, and adults having stress or coping difficulties, emotional problems, or substance abuse concerns. The Life Skills Program is an intensive counseling program offered at the outpatient center. This program helps people learn skills to return to a more satisfying level of daily functioning. Often, this program is an alternative to inpatient hospitalization. Our Inpatient Mental Health Unit provides short-term hospital treatment for adults having emotional or behavioral crises that cannot be resolved through outpatient services.
