Project Description:

* We are seeking a Business Analyst in Charlotte, NC
* Must be local or willing to relocate at own expenses.
* This is a contract opportunity that does not offer sponsorship now or in the future.
* Must be able to work on W2.

Required Skills:

* 5+ years of experience of experience as a Business Analyst
* Displays strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team building skills.
* Advanced presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills.
* Proactive, consistently demonstrates initiative to take ownership of resolving issues and gaps
* Strong knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, methodologies, architectures and technical standards
* Thorough knowledge of business functions and extensive understanding of business operations, strategies and objective
* Microsoft Visio - Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
* Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
* Research, gather and synthesize information.
