As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will provide nursing visits in accordance with the written plan of treatment signed by the physician and all subsequent orders that authorize and direct changes. You will perform nursing services only under the guidance and supervision of a registered nurse. And you will also maintain the paperwork as required by the agency to perpetuate accurate and complete medical record.

Required Qualifications:

* Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed to practice as a LVN/LPN in the state of agency operation
* One (1) year experience as a LPN/LVN,
* Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
* Has sufficient endurance to perform tasks over long periods of work hours
* Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
* Ability to travel to all business locations
