Intern Objectives:

The AbleTo 2020 Clinical Internship Program is designed to provide graduate Social Work students the opportunity to learn about the behavioral healthcare industry and work alongside a large team of skilled clinicians to provide the highest quality of clinical care. The clinical services intern will work closely with the AbleTo Senior Clinical Team and have the opportunity to participate in ongoing clinical service projects and quality initiatives that support the AbleTo mission.

Responsibilities

The Primary Responsibilities:

* Support risk assessment team to manage care coordination for at risk participants
* Support strategy development and implementation of key quality initiatives
* Conduct chart audits
* Shadow AbleTo Program Advisors during clinical case conferences, as well as crisis calls
* Conduct behavioral coaching sessions with AbleTo participants and complete related process recordings
* Attend consistent supervision with AbleTo Program Advisor
* Attend scheduled meetings with Sr. Clinical Team as well as AbleTo Provider community team meetings
* Support development of provider facing materials to increase provider community engagement
* Comply with AbleTo Policies and Procedures, standards for excellence in behavioral health care, and NASW practice standards

Qualifications

Position Requirements

Experience:

* Graduate Social Work degree in progress
* Clinical Social Work coursework and focus
* Experience in / interest in technology and healthcare preferred
* Interest in learning about tele behavioral health delivery of evidence-based practice
