Intern Objectives:

This intern will work with the Clinical Strategy and Content Development team, supporting current and strategic clinical program development in the field of technology-enabled behavioral health care. Key objectives include:

* Learn how to complete a structured literature review to inform clinical strategy treatment protocol development.
* Learn standard techniques to gather and analyze data related to program implementation and outcomes evaluation.
* Learn effective tactics to train clinical providers on new care delivery models and measure the impact of training.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

The internship will be tailored to the experience level and career interests of the intern; examples of tasks that the intern may be engaged in include:

* Conducting structured literature reviews and writing research summaries or guidelines for care related to current and strategic clinical program development.
* Documents ongoing quality control initiatives around development and maintenance of clinical programs and content.
* Contributes to compliance review of all Participant-facing resources that are internal or externally sourced.
* Contributes in program evaluation process for new clinical product services.
* Partners with the product development team to develop relevant provider training assets.

Qualifications

Position Requirements

Experience:

* Entering 3rd or 4th year undergraduate or graduate student studying in the field of social work, psychology, or public health.
* Experience in conducting and writing clinical literature review or research summaries for clinical/public health program development or evaluation.
* Knowledge of clinical assessment measurement tools and general survey techniques.

Competencies:

* Professional attitude and demeanor with great team collaboration skills.
* Discipline and organization to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Experience with Google Suite, content management systems, product development tools (eg. Jira)
* Interest in development of evidence-based clinical protocols, product development/electronic health records, and digital behavioral health products.
