Job Description

Provides high level administrative and secretarial support to the Director, Marketing Services, VP Insurance Marketing, and VP Travel Marketing; and provides administrative and project support to the Marketing Department, as needed.


Provides administrative and secretarial support and assists with the day-to-day departmental activities; orders office supplies, processes purchase requisitions, prepares general correspondence; maintains files and tracks business expenses; maintains time and attendance records and submits required information to payroll; distributes mail.

Manages an extremely active calendar of appointments, including travel arrangements.

Coordinates department and leadership meetings including designing presentations, planning meeting site and venue, and all logistics for a seamless event.

Builds and maintains professional relationships with all levels of organizational authority, including AAA National and other AAA Clubs; greets visitors and fellow employees to the departments; delivers Five Diamond Service during all transactions.

Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.

Coordinates messaging and executes updates for AAA electronic signs and other digital channels as assigned. Oversees coordination of AAA on hold telephone recorded messages. May assist in the coordination of other special projects, trade shows and special events.

Other duties as assigned.


High school diploma or G.E.D. required; An Associate's Degree is preferred. 5 years of experience providing administrative support with 2 years of experience supporting and executive position. 1-2 years marketing support in and advertising agency or in-house marketing department is preferred.
