Job Description

The BI Analyst position works directly with business stakeholders to define scope, determine business requirements and provide analytical support for the BI team to carry out projects designed to improve company revenue and/or reduce costs. This position provides business and data analysis with minimum supervision under the direction of the BI leadership and is expected to work with several business functions and various organizational levels.

* Four year college degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field or equivalent work experience.
* 5 years of IT experience.
* 2 years of experience working on a development team that is making use of an iterative framework and writing User Stories. Advanced verbal and written communications skills.

Desired Experience:

* Experience working as a software developer or as a tester in an automated testing environment.
* Working knowledge of Jira.
* Experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry. Certification as a Scrum Master, Scrum Developer or similar (CSM, PSM I, etc.)
