Administrative & Customer Support Specialist  

49er Communications is looking for a career minded individual interested in a long term position with a well established company. The Administrative Support Specialist has a high degree of independent functionality, takes a proactive approach to managing workflow and projects. Provides administrative support to the Operations Manager. Facilitates customer support by answering the phone, assisting walk-in traffic, taking orders and customer service needs. This position is distinguished by the need to perform difficult and complex office work requiring independent judgment and discretion.

The individual in this role must approach the duties with personal ownership of the need to provide exceptional service and a responsibility to go "above and beyond" the minimum requirements. S/he must work well under pressure and respond positively and productively in an environment with rapidly changing deadlines and priorities.
