We have an opportunity for a part-time software developer to enhance our system activity monitoring and analytics facilities.

Duties and responsibilities

* The work for this position entails extracting system performance data from platform operational log files and transforming it into reports and graphics for customer account budget monitoring, billing, operations and business analytics.


* Skills required: Intermediate Python, MongoDB, Linux scripting and revision management (git and GitHub). Familiarity with basic principles of data science, data warehousing and Linux performance metrics will be very helpful in this position.
* Experience: At least one year prior experience in professional software development (internships and summer employment acceptable) is required.
* Education: upper class enrollment in or completion of a bachelors-level technical degree in computer science, IT, data science or engineering.
