The IT Monitoring Programmer Analyst will assist in the design of programs, tests, documents and maintains monitoring applications. Analyzes applications to select and design monitoring applications and architecture specifications, addressing software compatibility, security needs and other architecture requirements. Identifies and resolves monitoring problems. Modifies or upgrades monitoring solutions to maintain functionality in response to changes to the infrastructure, regulatory requirements, defect resolutions, blockpoint releases and/or new requirements.
The new team members will be paired with a mentor who will help acclimate them to the position. We expect new team members to demonstrate initiative for learning, adaptability to complex situations and a fundamental understanding of how IT systems operate.
