We are currently looking for a senior C developer who also possesses strong SQL skills to join our development team based in Phoenix, Arizona.

Essential Responsibilities

Performs complex programming activities for a network environment, which may require research and analysis.

Performs design, implementation, and maintenance of product module changes.
Conducts unit testing and integration testing for functionality and limits.
Participates in product design and development meetings with other team members.
Ensures that:

You can work independently and in collaboration with others
Design and code reviews are conducted in conjunction with other team members.
New product development is done on time and adheres to expected quality standards.
Works in a fast-paced, rapid development environment where advanced communication skills and positive team collaboration are essential
Minimum Qualifications

2 - 5 years of significant software development experience using C , Microsoft SQL Server, and Visual Studio.
2 - 4 years-' experience working with Active Directory, Exchange and/or LDAP.
C multi-threaded application debugging experience including experience analyzing dump files and remote debugging attaching to processes.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and design skills at single product/single environment level.
Self-starter and able to produce innovative solutions for general software development problems.
Very detail oriented, organized, and able to work semi-independently.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor degree in software engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.
Superior technical knowledge in software development methodologies, design, and implementation.
C#, LINQ and WCF experience is a plus.

Our office is located in the Camelback Corridor area of Phoenix, near the Biltmore Fashion Center. It is a short walk to shops and restaurants, with food choices to satisfy a variety of tastes and prices. We have plenty of free parking by our office building.
